Tushar has many years experience in the public and private sector in human resources, a BA (Hons) in European Studies and Legal Systems from the prestigious European Research Institute in London, he also is CIPD qualified and an MA from MUBS.

He has also undertaken consultancy projects for large private sector organizations and has been a consultant to a East European government ministry on European accession timetable and updating the industrial policies and laws up to WEU standards. He is currently working on research reports in areas as varied as juvenile fostering, recruitment and selection models and conflict resolution models. He is presently completing special reports on ESI Matrix and BioRhythm Matrix – both original and exciting works will be published under the © banner. He is at present working with anottheir esteemed diet and nutrition specialist in exploring marketing the Biorhythm Matrix in UK and USA post small scale pilot research trials.

He has advised on recruitment, change management, resourcing, succession planning, coaching, mentoring and innovative reward management approaches among so many other disciplines as a distinguished expert. He has written on many areas of expertise and has an interest in development and learning with emphasis on Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence and NLP coaching.
